Introduction: Korea Institute Radiological Medical Sciences operates an emergency medical response system in case of a radiological accident or disaster. A radiation disaster can affect large-scale patients and destroy infrastructure. However, there is currently lack specialized education for treating high-dose exposure patients. This study aimed to evaluate the efficiency mass casualty triage programs present new training method improve ability 119 teams event Method: The results events were analyzed using audience questionnaire paramedics who participated program.
